Welcome to “Provide housekeeping service to guest” Course.
The course is intended for vocational school students in the Association of South East Asian Nation (ASEAN) member states. It is develop from ASEAN Common Competency Standard for Tourism Professionals (ACCSTP) and Common ASEAN Tourism Curriculum (CATC).
The unit of provide housekeeping service to guest deals with the skills and knowledge required to provide a range of general housekeeping service to guests that could arise during their stay at an accommodation establishment. By the end of this course you will be able to:
Receive housekeeping request
- Service housekeeping requests
- Provide advice to guests
- Liaise with other departments
This online learning will be held in three weeks with various online activities such as reading the material, video conference, group discussion, guide assignment, answering quiz, reflection and assessment.
The passing grade criteria are indicated by your evidence during the online learning, It is indicate by your activities in the course, practical skill task, written assessment and video project related to skills and knowledge required to provide housekeeping service to guests.
